Payment Policy

Payment Policy

1. We confirm tour bookings only on receipt of payment. Subsequent cancellations and alterations if any, will be as per the CANCELLATION POLICY above.


For private tours

1. Full payment is to be made at the time of booking. For Private tours booked more than a month in advance, a confirmation can be secured by paying 50% of the total trail costs. The balance is payable at least a month before the Trail date to retain the booking.


For small group tours

1. Book your tour by paying only the Waitlist price per person. The balance (if any) can be paid on the date of the tour, and will depend on the number of other registrations received for the tour.


For waitlist

1. Payment is to be made only after the trail is confirmed.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By The Company

1. Cancellation of the trail due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company including but not limited to an act of God, riots, war, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, governmental regulations, floods, earthquakes, fire and other natural disasters, shall be made at the Company’s sole discretion without notice and with full refund of fees (less the credit card refund charges, if any). For Private tours, the actual costs incurred on special arrangements made for the tour (if any), including cancelation charges on vehicles booked will be deducted.


2. The Company shall at its option be entitled to cancel any trail on full refund of the fees to the Participant.


Cancellation by the Participant

1. Participant is required to pay for the trail only upon confirmation of the trail. After the payment for the trail is made, Participant is entitled to cancel the participation in the trail with a full refund of the fees (less 5% cancellation charges) provided that notice of such cancellation is sent to the Company at least 5 days prior to the trail or as otherwise specified in writing.


2. In the event of a late cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply: Cancellation requested 4 days prior to trail or less: 50% Cancellation requested 4 days prior to trail or less: 50%


3. If a Participant is unable to attend a tour (without prior cancellation) for any reason, there will be no refund of any of the fees paid for the trail.


For small group tours

1. Participant is entitled to cancel the participation in the trail with a full refund of the fees (less 10% cancellation charges) provided that notice of such cancellation is sent to the Company at least 5 days prior to the trail or as otherwise specified in writing.


2. In the event of a late cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply: Cancellation requested 4 days prior to trail or less: 50% Cancellation requested 1 day prior to trail or on the day of the trail: 100%


3. If a Participant is unable to attend a tour (without prior cancellation) for any reason, there will be no refund of any of the fees paid for the trail.


For private tours

1. Participant is entitled to cancel the participation in the trail with a full refund of the fees (less 10% cancellation charges) provided that notice of such cancellation is sent to the Company at least 5 days prior to the trail or as otherwise specified in writing.


2. In the event of a late cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply: Cancellation requested 4 days prior to trail or less: 50% Cancellation requested 1 day prior to trail or on the day of the trail: 100%


3. If a Participant is unable to attend a tour (without prior cancellation) for any reason, there will be no refund of any of the fees paid for the trail.


4. For Private tours, the above cancellation timelines are applicable even in case of reduction in group sizes. In case of a reduction in group size, cancellation charges would be applied on the difference between the price for the original group size and the price for the revised group size.


For private tours booked more than a month in advance

1. For all Private tours booked more than a month in advance, a confirmation can be secured by paying 50% of the total trail costs. The balance is payable at least a month before the Trail date to retain the booking.


2. Until a month before the Trail date, in the event of any cancellation, the standard cancellation charges will apply only on the advance paid.


3. No cancellation charges will apply for any reduction in the group size, if made at least a month before the trail date. However, this does not apply to cases where the change results in the number of concurrent trails booked for the day. In such cases, the standard cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled Trail(s).
