Cancellation by the Company:

1. Cancellation of the trail due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company including but not limited to an act of God, riots, war, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, governmental regulations, floods, earthquakes, fire and other natural disasters, shall be made at the Company’s sole discretion without notice and without refund of fees.
2. The Company shall at its option be entitled to cancel a trail on full refund of the fees to the Participant and may offer to re- schedule the cancelled trail.

Cancellation by the Participant:

1. Participant is entitled to cancel the participation of the Guests in the trail with a full refund of the fees provided that notice of such cancellation is notified to the Company at least 15 days prior to the trail or as otherwise specified in writing.
2. In the event of a late cancellation, i.e., after the timeline as specified above, only 75% of the fees (or as otherwise specified in writing ) shall be refunded to the Participant, and only 50% (or as otherwise specified in writing ) shall be refunded if rescheduled or cancelled less than 2 days before the scheduled date. No refund is payable if a trail is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or if a participant is unable to attend a tour (without prior cancellation).
